Who we are
Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) play a key role in Ontario’s health care system. Working in partnership with clients, families, providers and community organizations, LHINs ensure people have access to the health care they need — at home and in the community.
Located in the heart of Canada’s most multicultural city, the Toronto Central LHIN serves a unique, diverse population of 1.5 million residents, with many low-income and single-parent families. Our LHIN’s 600+ employees include a team of dedicated Care Coordinators working with 24 hospitals, 150 community-based service agencies, 37 long-term care homes, 22 service providers and 13 community health centres to meet client needs.
All applications will be reviewed; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
We are committed to a culture that values diversity and inclusion.
We welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities, and are committed to providing accommodation as part of our hiring process. If you have special requirements, please advise Human Resources during the recruitment process.
