Building on the strengths and reputations of each of our four remarkable institutions, the organization brings together the talent, resources, technology and skills that make it an international leader in healthcare.

The University Health Network and the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network are offering an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of a strategy for integrated care models (bundled care) and initiatives across the two organizations.  The position will draw on previous experience and regional pilots to successfully facilitate selected health integration projects at a system level in collaboration with LHIN hospital and community partners that will drive results across the Toronto Health Care System and aligned to the Toronto Central LHIN strategy.
