Care Coordinator – Permanent Part-time at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (OTMH)
We are currently recruiting for a permanent part-time Care Coordinator for the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital working in the Emergency Department. The work schedule will be seven 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM shifts over each 2 week pay period. Please note that all new hires are required to attend a 5 week full-time orientation session at our Etobicoke site upon hire.
