    Reporting to the Director Communications, and with mentorship provided by the Assistant Manager, Marketing and Communications, the Digital Lead will be responsible overseeing development and implementation of the LHIN’s digital media strategy including content management and maintenance of all internal and external websites and social media sites. In collaboration with members of the LHIN’s communications team, the incumbent will also help develop and maintain the LHIN’s knowledge management framework, ensuring all necessary elements (accountabilities, processes, technologies and governance) are in place, and interconnected to enable the free flow of information through the organisation including the creation and sharing of up-to-date organizational policies, procedures and programs.



    • Bachelor of Design, Web Design or equivalent post-secondary education.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role responsible for web and SharePoint sites.
    • In depth understanding of digital platforms.
    • Graphic design experience including up to date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
    • Team player with excellent communication skills and proven results working effectively with all levels of personnel.
    • Ability to act with diplomacy and tact when working with a wide range of stakeholders.
    • Good time management skills and ability to self-organize multiple tasks and complete them on time.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to work with autonomy and as a team player, with collaboration and negotiation skills
    • Ability to act as an effective change agent
    • Service-oriented interpersonal skills
    • Ability to speak confidently and demonstrate leadership with staff and management across the LHIN
    • Sound judgment to determine when to take independent action and when to involve others
    • Ability to deal with issues in a confidential manner
    • Expert knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
    • Relevant experience and knowledge of new media.
    • PMP certification is an asset.
